How do I return?

• Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
• You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

What items are returnable?

We have a 14-days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
• All underwear, bodysuits, and swim bottoms are final sale. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on face masks, accessories, adhesive accessories, curated gift boxes, hosiery, or personal care products once opened (we're sure you understand why). All sale products are final sale and do not offer price adjustments.

How soon will I get my refund?

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
